As Tinkercad explores ways to engage with underrepresented communities, it aims to not only spark curiosity in children about the possibilities of engineering but also establish relatability with their families. To make things even better, the growth in Latin America and along the US border has been impressive. Life at Autodesk has given me a lot of great moments, but it's hard to top the impact of inspiring so many kids that might then follow a path into STEM related jobs.
